Digital Content — No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all audiobook sales are final once the download or streaming access has been initiated.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of digital products. You cannot “return” an audiobook once access is granted or files have been downloaded.

Refunds — Exceptions and Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following limited situations:
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same audiobook more than once under the same account, you may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate transaction.
Technical Failures
If you are unable to access or play an audiobook due to a confirmed technical issue with our platform that we cannot resolve, you may qualify for a refund.
Corrupt or Incomplete Files
If an audiobook is missing significant portions or is unplayable due to file errors beyond your control, a refund or replacement will be issued upon verification.
Important: We reserve the right to verify download attempts, user activity, and file integrity before issuing any refund.

- You did not enjoy the audiobook content

Fraud and Abuse Prevention
Project 369 reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or excessive refund requests. Any user found engaging in misconduct may have their account suspended or terminated.
